Working with businesses of all sizes, I develop and implement successful strategies for change and growth, with a particular focus on effective communication between business organisations and their stakeholders. I provide company and individual support through: workshops, coaching, training and ongoing facilitation using best practice principles and peer to peer learning. The core objective for my work is to enable clients to improve business effectiveness.

I am the founder of GET RESULTS offering support to independent businesses in the UK with an active client base across Cheshire, Derbyshire, Yorkshire and the North West including Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. GET RESULTS provide business coaching, mentoring, training and support programmes, enabling growth through organisational alignment. We also offer programmes for marketing, lead generation, sales, delivery and client retention.

I am the Founder of the Business Best Practice Network ; A community of Business people that share best practice solutions for addressing opportunities and challenges in business. Bench marking and peer-to-peer learning for business owners, managers and associates. Through the network and Best Practice HUB business portal I am involved in the identification, development and communication of best practice in business. I am particularly interested in feedback led business improvement and the development of tools and techniques that help businesses engage with internal and external stakeholders.

With 20+ years business experience in corporate and medium sized business, I work with up to 20 businesses at any one time and at different levels of intensity. I am a qualified high growth business coach, NLP master practitioner and accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business IIB. I offer support for B2B (Business to Business ) Product and Services marketing to technology vendors and professional services organisations ranging from start-up ventures to established multinationals
